Annual subscription 2014/2015 As usual at this time of year, I enclose your Member’s annual subscription notice, together with a pre-addressed envelope for your use. Please remember that the due date is 1st October:’

Angling The second last outing .of this year’s season was held at Loch Leven on Sunday 1st September. It was very windy all day and only 3 fish (weighing 2lb 8oz) were caught by the eight anglers braving the conditions.

As members will recall, we have had over the years a number of angling-related evenings in the Club’s rooms, fly-tying, fishing video evenings and the occasional talks on angling, for example. If members have any suggestions as to how we can re-introduce evenings relating only to angling, then please let the Committee know.

This year’s barbecue  has a provisional date for the evening of Friday 23rd of August 2014…..More details to follow.
